Our Approach
The safety culture of Baker Energy Services has been paramount to the success of the company, and safety is prioritized in every job we do. Baker Energy Services holds an approved rating from 3rd party verification agencies such as ISNetWorld, PEC, Veriforce, Pipeline Testing Consortium, MEA, WSI LMS, TPS Alert, and Avetta and have been qualified for high-risk MSA’s with multiple customers. Our employees and crews are consistently recognized and awarded by our customers for both performance and safety metrics.
All employees receive industry-standard training and certifications from HSE management before ever setting foot on a jobsite. The basic safety training all employees obtain include PEC H2S Clear, PEC/Safeland, and One Basin One Way (OBOW). Additional training and certifications are provided based on customer requirements and job-specific needs.
Baker Energy Services also provides air trailers and technicians, and an emergency shower trailer for use in high-risk environments, or when customers require additional resources for a given job.

Lizzie Holguin, C.O.S.S., HSE Coordinator & Field Representative
With three years of experience in the oil & gas industry and her Certified Occupational Safety Specialist (COSS) certification, Lizzie plays an important role in supporting our commitment to safety. She works closely with employees, supervisors, and customers to strengthen our safety culture through training, field audits, safety meetings, incident investigations, and continuous improvement.
Lizzie is passionate about creating practical safety programs that make a real difference in the field and is dedicated to helping every employee return home safely at the end of each shift.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, and continuing to expand her knowledge in occupational safety.
WAYNE BINKLEY, HSE FIELD TECHNICIAN
Wayne serves as an HSE Field Technician for Baker Energy Services, bringing more than 22 years of experience in the safety industry. Throughout his career, he has supported a wide range of operations, including overhead and underground utility work, hydraulic fracturing, and water transfer projects.
Wayne believes that the best way to prevent incidents is through a proactive approach. His philosophy is simple: safety isn't an accident. By identifying hazards before they become problems and promoting safe work practices, he helps ensure employees have the tools and knowledge to work safely every day.
Outside of work, Wayne enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time on the open road riding his Harley.
